RFID Reader

For reading out common chip types such as Mifare® Desfire® Classic, ISO1443, 125 kHz EM4102, HITAG for connection to access systems with Wiegand connection with PIN code or fingerprint. Evaluation units are available to evaluate the transmitted data.

For the quick and easy installation of a door opening with RFID or optionally with PIN code without wiring, the battery-operated RFID door fittings are the best choice.

Number and label RFID chip key fobs and cards with laser engraving or printing. We will create an individual template for you to design with your company logo and text.

USB RFID Devices

The readers available from us for transponder cards and key fobs with RFID chips have been supplemented with the new multi-frequency multi-reader. This RFID multi-reader with USB interface reads all common RFID chip types by simply holding them in front of them. The CN56 reader is now also available for writing and reading Mifare® Desfire® cards. For the direct reading of transponder cards and RFID chips into access control, we have included the RFID reader RD106 for EM4102, Mifare® Classic and for all current output formats.

What is access control??

How does RFID work?

RFID (radio frequency identification) enables the identification and subsequent exchange of data using radio technology between an active RFID reader and the matching RFID transponder in the reading field. A prerequisite for the transponder to be recognized by the reader is the use of the common carrier frequency and the appropriate chip technology. The most common frequencies are 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz. The energy required for the passive transponder to function is induced by the RFID reader using radio waves. The reading range for the 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz frequencies is up to 5 cm, depending on the size of the antennas, and up to 40 cm for special applications with particularly large antennas.
