The electromechanical door lock SVB520 can be mounted horizontally or vertically in addition to the existing locking mechanism. The door locking device consists of 2 parts, the actual bolt which is attached to the door frame and the housing for intaking the bolt. The electrical connection is made at the door bolt on the frame side of the door, so there is no need for movable cable transitions. The door bolt is "retracted" when the power supply is interrupted.
